Mark “Tiger” L. Rieschick, 62, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by his family on November 30, 2024.  A visitation will be held Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 10-12:00 p.m. at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.  A private burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery.

Mark was born on October 16, 1962, in Kansas to William and Verla (Lonughmiller) Rieschick.  He moved to Sioux City over 30 years ago.  Mark was with the love of his life, Juana Zermeno for over 26 years before she passed.  Mark worked at Global Foods for many years.  He enjoyed fishing, playing on a pool league, grilling out steaks and spending time with his family.

Those left to honor his memory include his children: Maurisio Vasquez, Vaneza Vasquez, and Mayra Vasquez; mother, Verla Harding; granddaughter, Talia; and sisters: Brenda Rieschick, Judy Schurle, and Lisa Rieschick.

He is preceded in death by his father; partner, Juana Zermeno; and a brother, Charles.
