Mario F. Medina, 28, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, July 21 in Sioux City. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 25 at the Four Directions Community Center in Sioux City. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 23 through Thursday morning at Four Directions.
Mario was born July 15, 1985, the son of Bobby Hoffman and Frances Medina.
Mario was currently employed at Tur-pak Foods and was a certified heavy equipment operator, forklift driver, and welder. His hobbies included bowling, fishing, and lifting weights.
Survivors include his mother, brother Roman, sisters Cruz Medina, Leticia Caherello, Bobbi Medina, and Marcy Frazier Buffalo Chief, daughter Brody Medina; his uncle Robert C. Hoffman, his aunt Cindy Hoffman; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Mario was preceded in death by his father.
