Marilyn A. Kolker, 76, of Sioux City, IA, passed away May 5, 2025 at a local hospital.  A funeral service will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.  Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery in Le Mars, IA.

Marilyn was born on March 29, 1949n in Sioux Falls, SD.  She was united in marriage to Alvin Miller and then later to Darrell Kolker, both preceded her in death.  Marilin enjoyed going to the casino and watching WWE, NASCAR, Westerns, Little House on the Prairie, the Waltons, The Munsters, and the Andy Griffith Show.  She also enjoyed going to the local bars (especially Steinbeck’s), having a Bud Light, cussing and smoking

Those left to honor her memory include her grandchildren: Travis Miller-Steenbock, Aaron Miller-Steenbock, Maria Garcia and Jose Garcia Jr.; and her great-grandchildren: Chalino Martinez and Evelyn Steenbock.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands; her dog, Buddy; and daughter, Christy Garcia.
