Margery Ann Dugdale, 91, of Sioux City, IA passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at a local nursing home.  Graveside services will be held 11:00am Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City is handling arrangements.

Margery was born on February 19, 1932, in Clinton, IA to Clarence and Margaret Kross.  She was united in marriage to Dale T. Dugdale in 1951.  Margery worked at St. Joseph Hospital in the dietary department for many years and later as a messenger for Marion Health Center.  She had a strong faith and was a member of St. Joeseph Catholic church. She enjoyed playing the organ, singing her favorite song ‘Smile’ by Michael Jackson, cooking, eating Navarrette’s Mexican food, and reading recipe books.  She especially loved her family and animals and helping her grandson Rudy Navarrette with fundraisers.

Those left to honor her memory include her children: Patty Swanson, Steve Dugdale, Vince Dugdale, and Constance Dugdale; 9 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Mike, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
