Loren Keith Bomgaars, 58 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.  Services will be held at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.

Loren K. Bomgaars was born October 2, 1962 in Sioux City, Iowa the son of William and Hermina (Lankman) Bomgaars. Loren enjoyed his music and his wood work shop. He spent a lot of his free time making little trinkets and personal gifts for people he loved. He was an amazing man. He loved spending his time with his family and friends. He spent a lot of time with his grandchildren playing video games and going on walks. Loren was a simple man. He loved being outside rather it be camping, playing at the parks, or just sitting on the deck watching nature. He enjoyed his daughters home cooked meals, his favorite was meatloaf, cheesy potatoes with baked beans, and it would put a smile on his face.

He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Armstrong (fiancé Ramiro Sanchez), son Zachary Schuppan, nine grandchildren, Anthony, Landon, Elaina, Miranda, Javier, Ceasar, Leon, Ramiro Jr. and Luis, two brothers, one sister, and many nieces and nephews,

Loren is preceded in death by his parents.10/02/
