Lonny Michael Henry, 65, of Sioux City, IA., passed away July 31, 2025 at a local hospital. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Lonny was born on July 14, 1959 in Sioux City, IA to Ralf and Sybil (Chamberlain) Henry. He graduated from East High Scholl and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1979. While serving, he was promoted to PFC. rank while he was a member of the Engineer Equipment School at the Marine Corps Base at Camp LuJeune, NC. He served for 2 years before being honorably discharged. Lonny worked at Tyson for over 35 years until he retired, he was also a union steward. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and watching football, especially the Minnesota Vikings.

Those left to honor his memory include his sister, Linda Henry; brother, Terry Henry; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Brian.
