Lisa C. (Harrison) Carter, 47, of Sioux City, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at a local hospital.


Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at Heartland Community Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Stockton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Lisa was born on December 25, 1967 in Sioux City, the daughter of Jeffrey Harrison and Debbie Dean. She attended West High School in Sioux City. Lisa lived for her kids and grandchildren. She loved flowers, to cook, draw, and loved her cat, Tootie. Most of all, Lisa had a big heart.

Survivors include her mother and step-father Debbie Dean and Art Osterholt of Sioux City, sons Dillon and Isaiah Wallace, daughter Jordan Naylor all of Sioux City, brother Chad (Denise) Harrison, sister Lori Ross, grandchildren Malachi and Nahla, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Lisa was preceded in death by her grandparents.
