Linda J. Stone, 71 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, at a local hospital, surrounded by her family. Graveside services will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, at 11:30am in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, from 9:30 until 11:00am at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.

Linda was born July 28, 1952, in San Diego, California the daughter of James and Charlene (Warner) Williams. She graduated from El Cajon High School. She met Dave Stone in California, they later married and in the mid 1990’s Linda moved to the Sioux City area.

She worked at the Holiday Inn, Wells Blue Bunny, and Mercy One where she retired. Linda enjoyed flying kites, playing pool where she was in a local league, and putting together puzzles. She was a member of the Morningside Lutheran Church.

Linda is survived by her children, Shea (Daniele) Williams, Shawna (Duane) Maaske, sister, Terry Fein, five grandchildren, Frankie, Ethan, Micah, Landon, Rylee, and three great grandchildren, Aria, Colson, Mylah.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dave.
