Linda M. Novotny, 74 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at a care facility in Sergeant Bluff. Private Graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.

Linda Mae Novotny was born June 27, 1946 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of George Westbrook and Lorraine (Chesley) Becker. Linda married Kenneth L. Novotny on February 1, 1974 at Westminster Presbyterian Church. She worked at Jolly Time Popcorn for over 20 years, retiring in 2007.

She enjoyed going hunting and fishing with her husband. Linda also enjoyed playing bingo and the slots at the local Casinos. She loved to spend time with her dog Chewy who was her one true companion.

Linda is survived by her three brothers, Terry, Bob, Ed Westbrook, one sister, Loretta Barajas, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Kenneth who passed on March 29, 2007.
