Linda Carver, 67 of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, May 9 , 2018 at a local hospital. Memorial Services will be held 6:00pm Sunday, May 13 , 2018 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm Sunday, May 13 at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial services to be at a later date.

Linda Sue Carver was born December 22 , 1950 in Sioux City, IA. the daughter of Charles and Carol Sue (Hedger) Daugherty. She married Jerry Carver on July 23 , 1973.

They had a son Chad Leroy on May 30th 1985 .

Linda worked at Zenith and the Tyson Event Center retiring in 2015. She enjoyed being retired, fishing, staying in touch with family and friends via the internet, watching wrestling and going to the Hard Rock.

Linda is survived by her husband Jerry, son Chad, a sister Vicky (Tom) Freeman, two brothers; Ed (Dianna) Daugherty, and Tim (Kim) Daugherty, all of Sioux City. Three brothers-in-law; Ricky Carver and Larry Carver, of Sioux City and Harry (Jolene) Carver of Des Moines.One sister-in-law Cheryl Parker of Sioux City and one sister-in-law Carolyn (Roger) Williams of Omaha NE.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one infant son, John Ray Daugherty, one brother Tom, one sister Anita Thorson and one sister-in-law Linda Carver .
