Letha D. Johnson, 96, Sioux City passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at her home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City 4125 Orleans Avenue. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Letha Darlene Johnson was born in Pierson, Iowa to Albert and Gladys Riordan on August 18, 1927. She married John L. Johnson on June 5, 1947. They were blessed with 5 children. She loved to travel to see her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by daughters Judy of Sioux City and Jean of Des Moines. Grandchildren; Larry, Melissa, Katie (LaDell), Karena, Jennifer and John (Kate). Great grandchildren; Curtis, Kaliena, Christian, Caleb, Cameron, Kaydence and Izaak. Great-great-grandson William. Two daughters-in-law Cindy and Patti, as well as a brother and sister-in-law Bruce and Pearl.

She is preceded in death by her husband; sons John, Larry, Duane, a sister and brother-in-law Mildred and Bill, brother and sister in law Dale and Effie, brother and sister-in-law Donald and Beverly. Sons-in-law Dick and Darrell.
