Leann Leslie Smith, 31, of Sioux City, IA, passed away unexpectedly on August 2, 2025, in Oregon.  A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Leann was born May 25, 1994, at Hill Air Force Base in Utah to Leslie and Kyong Smith. She graduated from East High School and attended college at Morningside University in Sioux City and Liberty University in St. Louis. Leann was employed at Sunburst Memorials.

Leann is survived by her parents; Leslie and Kyong Smith, her sister; Robyn Smith and her cat/fur child, Onyx

Leann was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; Doug and Judy Smith, paternal uncle: Mark Smith, paternal aunts; Ginger Moody and Renae Smith and cousin, Sam Smith.
