Larry Leo Eickholt

Larry Leo Eickholt, 67, of Sioux City, IA, passed away December 9, 2025 at a local hospital. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 15 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Private burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. A lunch will be provided at Waterbury after the services.

Larry was born on May 4, 1958 in Sioux City, IA to Leo and Avis (Dickson) Eickholt. He graduated from Lawton-Bronson High School and was united in marriage to Helen Pfeifer in 1986 in Topeka, KS. Larry worked for Wilson Trailer as a welder, at KD Station in the bowling alley (where he worked with the handicapped leagues), as an usher at Tyson, and as an Uber driver. Larry was a people person and never met a stranger. He loved spending time with his family, bowling, playing cards, puzzles, listening to his vinyl records, and taking naps.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Helen Eickholt; children: Elisha (Jesse) Graeff, Sasha (Dustin) Bucholz, and Christopher Eickholt; grandchildren: Cadence Graeff and Benjamin Graeff; and a brother, Stuart (Sandy) Eickholt.

He is preceded in death by his parents Leo and Avis Eickholt and siblings: Vicki, Cathy, and Leo Jr.
