Larry Wayne Bremmer

Larry Bremmer, 68, of Jefferson, SD, passed away surrounded by his family on December 10, 2025. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 13 at 10:30 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Larry was born on December 26, 1956 in Sioux City, IA to Wayne and Viola (Plantz) Bremmer. He worked at four corners construction as a carpenter. He was united in marriage to Christena Webb in 1997 in Sioux City, IA. Larry enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, fishing, NASCAR, woodworking, bird watching, taking care of his yard and gardening. He was a diehard Bears fan.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Christena Bremmer; children: Mark (fiancé Destiny Euceda) Walden, Gary (fiancé Laken Dirks) Bremmer, James (Edna) Bremmer, Ben Bremmer, Sarah (fiancée Dustin Warren) Bremmer; grandkids: Emma, Lyhla, Frannie, Braxton, Sawyer, Axel, Beckette, Scarlette, Zowie, Zoe, Micah, Allison, Zach, Joe, Jaxon, and Shelby; 2 great-grandkids: Waylen and Amelia; siblings: Sue (Ron) Cook, Shirley Bremmer, Charlie Julch, Dennis (Marlene) Bremmer, Brian (Jayne) Bremmer, Nancy Rogers, and Sherry (fiancé Matt) Grieve; brother-in-law, Jeff (Melissa) Webb, special sister-in-law, Linda Bremmer; special niece, Carrie Birdsell; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; in-laws: Gary and Sherry Webb; brother, Rodney; and nephew, Michael Birdsell Jr.
