Kindra Faye Olson, 17 of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 from natural causes in Sioux City.
Services 11 am Saturday at Grace United Methodist Church. Visitation 4-8 pm Friday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service.
Kindra was born on November 30, 1993 in Sioux City, the daughter of Robin Olson and Katrina Nelson.
Kindra was a student at the Opportunity School at the Boys & Girls Home in Sioux City. She worked at the Subway store on Hamilton Blvd., and most recently at the store on Gordon Drive.
She cared for life’s creatures, especially her fish and her cat, Prince.
Kindra is survived by her father, Robin Olson of Sioux City; her mother, Katrina “Tina” Persinger of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brothers, Ryan and Gregg; her sisters Heather, Patty and Megan; and her paternal grandfather, Robert Olson; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Faye Olson; her maternal grandparents Laverne and Amy Nelson; and her paternal great-grandmother, Zelma Huff.
