Keith James Farrell

Keith James Farrell, 58, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 23, 2026. A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, August 5 from 2-5:00 p.m. at The Warehouse Event Space, 413 Floyd Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51101. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Keith was born on March 16, 1968 in Sioux City, IA to Richard and Sondra (Spuelda) Farrell. He graduated from West High School in 1986 and went on to receive his Associates Degree in business. He was united in marriage to Mindi McManamy on May 19, 1999 in Las Vegas, NV. Keith loved Mindi fiercely, and they enjoyed 27 wonderful years together. He was an amazing husband, dad, and papa. He adored his grandchildren.

Keith was a co-owner with his brothers in the family business, Farrell’s Heating and Air Conditioning. He was passionate, hardworking, and took great pride in his work. He was a natural salesman who could connect with anyone. Keith was into music and high-end vintage audio; he had an ear for music. He took great pride in his yard and could fix anything. Even though Keith could be extremely stubborn, he could love harder than anyone.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Mindi Farrell; children: Ashley (Scotty) Cox, Ryan (April) McMahon, Brandon (Amanda) Choquette, James (Sam) Farrell, Brooklyn (Will) Bowes, and Nolan Choquette; numerous grandchildren; brothers: Keven and Rick Farrell.

He is preceded in death by his mom and his brother, Robert Farrell.
