Kay L. Wilson, 67 of North Sioux City, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at a local hospital. Per her wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service.

Kay was born on November 30, 1943 in Sioux City, the daughter of George, Jr. and Lucille (Hickel) Peters. She attended school at the South Sioux City High School. On December 2, 1961 she was married to Art Davis in South Sioux City. During the mid 1960’s they moved to Texas. They were later divorced. On November 30, 1984 she was married to James Wilson, and during 2004, they moved to North Sioux City. James died May 2, 2005.

Kay enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and taking care of her cats.

Kay is survived by her three sons, Donald Davis and his wife Kathy of Dallas, Texas, James and his wife Lisa Davis of Kansas City, Kansas and Chad Davis of Springfield, South Dakota; one brother, Terry and his wife Lynn Peters of Sioux City; and three sisters, Pam Peters of North Sioux City, South Dakota, Roxie and her husband Chuck Bogaard of Sioux City, and Georgia Sheehan of Casa Grande, Arizona, grandson Jason Jarvis and his wife Nicole, and two great grandchildren Jaylegh and Parker

She was preceded in death by her husband James Wilson, her parents, and one brother in-law, Danny Sheehan.
