Kathy I Rice (Seibold) 56, of Sioux City Iowa, passed away Thursday October 2nd, 2014 at a local nursing home.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday October 8th at Morningside Assembly of God, 4310 Old Lakeport Rd. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Avenue. Online condolences may be sent to www.waterburyfuneralserviceinc.com.

Kathy was born on March 9th, 1958. She lived most of her life in Sioux City. Kathy enjoyed reading, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter Stevie Rice of Minnesota. Her parents Ronald Sr. and Joyce Seibold of Sioux City; five brothers, Bret Seibold, Ronald Jr. (Karen) Seibold, Michael Seibold, Rick (Karla)Seibold and Greg Seibold; one sister, Patti (Lamont) Wright all of Sioux City; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

Kathy was preceded in death by her biological father James McNaughton and her brother Bart Seibold.
