Junior R. Edwards, 92, of Sioux City, IA, passed away November 4, 2023, at a local nursing home.  Graveside services will be held at Graceland Park Cemetery at a later date.  Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City is handling the arrangements.

Junior was born on January 28, 1931, in Sioux City, IA to Andrew and Augusta (Gunther) Edwards.  He served in the United States Army from 1950-1953.  Junior was united in marriage to Mildred Nordstrom in 1954, she died in 1979.  He worked for various Tower Companies in Sioux City.

Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Sue Lambing and husband Lloyd; 2 sons: Bryan Edwards and wife Roxanne, Bill Edwards and wife, Lynne; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; and daughter, Diane Lindquist.

As he always said, “I did it my way!”
