Judy A. Boulware, 60, of Sioux City, IA, passed away March 24, 2025, at a local hospital. A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. with a time of sharing at 11 a.m. at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, Iowa 4125 Orleans Ave.
Judy was born on October 13, 1964, in Sioux City, IA to Richard and Nancy (Denney) Remington. She graduated from Sioux City West High School in 1983 and was united in marriage to Perry Boulware on January 25, 1986, in Sioux City.
Judy worked in many roles including manager for Casey’s General Store in Riverside for over 25 years. She absolutely loved her family and grandchildren and put them above all else including herself. She cherished seeing her grandchildren every day and the special bond she had with them. She seen it as her duty to spoil them and make sure no matter what they always had everything they needed even if it was just her unwavering support. Family get-togethers and holidays were her favorite and she would bake and cook for an army. She enjoyed watching her grandsons play hockey and other sports; her granddaughters play softball and other sports, camping, and dirt racing. She was always there cheering on her husband, sons and her entire racing family in which she loved so much. She was known as “Mama Boulware” in the neighborhood and was a mom to many and embraced several people as her family and "children". She was proud of her Native American heritage. Judy was sassy, spoke her mind, fearless, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Perry Boulware; sons: Jeremy Boulware, Cody (Kelly)Boulware; grandchildren: Quinton, Jasen, Aspyn, Abygail, and Jacob; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Lorri Walker.
