Joyce M. Vondrak 92 of Sioux City, died Friday, February 5, 2021.

Services will be held 10:30 am Wednesday, February 10 ^th at Holy Cross Parish, St. Michael Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation 4-7 pm Tuesday at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, with the family present 5-7 pm and a Vigil Service at 7 pm.

Joyce was born on November 30, 1928 in Mallard, Iowa, the daughter of Heber and Anna (Mercker) Boardman. She graduated from Central High School in Sioux City. Joyce was united in marriage to George Vondrak.

Joyce was a farm wife and homemaker. She was a member of Holy Cross Parish, St. Michael.

Joyce is survived by her sons, Ben (Merry) Vondrak and Ed (Thersa) Vondrak, daughters Gloria (Lee) Mollet and Veronica (Steve) Krage, grandchildren Shane, Amanda, Cindy, Colette, Ben, Justin, Jason, Chris, Michael, Eric, Annie, Nicole, Benjamin, Michael, Alex and Jacob, and 19 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George in 1978, her son Gary and his wife Bonnie, daughter Colette Vondrak and two sisters, Ann and Deloris Criss.
