Joshua “Josh” Yuman, 31 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Monday, February 26, 2024, at a local hospital. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the Waterbury Funeral Service in Sioux City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery

Today February 26, 2024, our beautiful angel gained his wings.

Joshua was born January 5, 1993, in Palm Springs, California. He grew up in Minnesota, Omaha, Nebraska and then settling in Sioux City, Iowa, where he graduated from North High School. Joshua was the son of Juan and Fermelisa (Orozco) Yuman.

Josh was someone who was open and honest with everything that he said. Josh was admired by many. Anyone who was around Josh knew the impact he had on everyone, from making you laugh, dance or just making you smile. He just loved to have fun. Josh had a love like no other for Pokémon, Flash, decorating (things to his liking), painting, or just the love for animals, especially his dogs Chiko, and Bolt. His love for Burger King’s, onion rings and please don't forget the honey mustard and the ranch pupusas. Josh especially loved his mother's cooking, and an incredible hate for pickles, tomatoes onions on his burgers, and of course other veggies. He enjoyed drawing, writing, and playing games. You could always find Josh helping his family. He is a soul that was gone too soon and it’s a great pain that we all are going through.

Joshua was survived by his mother, Fermelisa Orozco, two brothers, Steven H. Orozco, Daniel Saquil, and a cousin, Ashley Jabari.

He is preceded in death by his father, his fur babies Chiko and Bolt.
