John “Big Tony” A. Pueppke, 65 of Sioux City, IA, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at a local care facility. Memorial Services will be held 10:30am Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Big Tony was born October 9, 1952 in Oakland, California the son of Jack and Helen Pueppke. He graduated from Skyline High School in Oakland, CA. Big Tony worked as a Librarian Assistant in California. He moved to Sioux City in 1985. He enjoyed living here. Big Tony was very musically inclined and could play almost any instrument, anywhere, any time.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Pueppke of Oakland, CA; 7 siblings, Susie (Tim) Neilson, of Idaho, Tim (Debra) Pueppke of Oto, IA.,Trisha Moore of Sioux City, Toni Renee Bolles of Sioux City, Tina Pueppke of Sioux City, Tamra (Arturo) Villegas, of Sioux City and David Conley of LeMars, IA; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father and a brother, Daniel Conley.
