Jessica Truth Palmer-Mace

The family of Jessica Truth Palmer-Mace of Sioux City, Iowa is saddened to announce her passing at the age of 45. We remember a life lived with immense love and a constant sense of caring.

It is in deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jessica Palmer-Mace. Jessica was born on March 20th, 1981 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Rickey Palmer and Joan Montgomery. Jessica went to school in South Sioux growing up. She worked many jobs and could prepare a meal for any occasion. Jessica loved to write, cook, listen to music, and most importantly her kids. She was apart of many friend groups and loved any and every person she met. She was also fond of animals as she owned many over the years. Jessica is a one of a kind woman whom was passionate, ever loving, resilient along with many other things. An everlasting free spirit.

Jessica will be lovingly remembered and survived by her former husband of 4 years, Travis Mace; Children: Myranda Palmer (Riley Resmen), Araceli Palmer, Grace Mace (Chase Grant), Nickolas Mace, Mariah Mace, Greysen Mace, and Averigh Hanner; Mother: Joan Montgomery; Brothers: Rick (Jolyn) Palmer, Rob Palmer, and Dennis Statler; Sisters in law: Stephanie Orozco and Leanne McGraw; Brother In Law: Leo Mace. She will also be dearly missed by so many friends she made along the way.

Jessica will be predeceased by her Father: Rick Palmer; Grandmother and Grandfather; Carl E. and Truth R (Vassar) Palmer and Roland (Bud) and Helen Montgomery; Niece: Ariella Mae Jung; Best-friend: Mark Mann

A visitation will be held at 10:00am Thursday, August 6th at Waterbury Funeral Home at 4125 Orleans Ave Sioux City, IA 51106.
