Jesse Dean Reed, 40, of Sioux City, IA passed away October 28, 2023.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:30 pm Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Jesse was born on November 22, 1982 in Onawa, IA to Howard Reed and Gari Surber. He graduated from High School. Jesse worked at Goodwill Industries and The Hope Redemption Center in Sioux City. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a very social, outgoing, and adventurous person who liked to have a good time. He was always optimistic, accepting any of life’s challenges. Jesse enjoyed playing video games with his friends at Pinnacle.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Gari Willoughby, brother, Christopher Reed; step=sisters: Karen, Amber and Ashley; and numerous friends from Mid-Step Services.

He is proceeded in death by his stepfather, Howard Willoughby.
