Jerry L. Swearingen, 41, of Smithland, IA, passed away April 23, 2014 in Onawa, IA at Burgess Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at United Methodist Church in Hornick, Iowa with Pastor Catie Newman officiating. Burial will be at Willow Cemetery in Holly Springs. Visitation will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Tuesday at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service.
