Obituary
Jennifer L. Cooper, 29 of Omaha, Nebraska, died Sunday, October 3, 2010 in Sioux City.
Funeral Services 2 pm at the United Pentecostal Church, 406 Iowa Street, Onawa. Burial will be in the Onawa Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 pm Thursday, with the family present 6-8 pm, all at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.
Jennifer was born on January 28, 1981, in Mankato, Minnesota, the daughter of LaVern and Gloria Cooper. She was a 2000 graduate of the Battle Creek-Ida Grove High Schools. After graduation, Jennifer worked in several area restaurants. For the past eight years, she was a care giver for Tyson Wright and Ashley Huntley family in Omaha.
Jennifer loved to sing, read, write poems and most recently, doing scrap-booking.
Jennifer is survived by her mother, Gloria Smith of Ida Grove, Iowa; her father, LaVern Cooper of Mankato, Minnesota; one brother, Cody Cooper of Ida Grove; and two sisters, Sarah Ward of Ida Grove and Melinda Shaw of Woodward, Iowa; other relatives and many friends
