Jeffrey S. Foster, 48, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, March 20 at a local hospital. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Friday March, 25 at Crescent Park United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held 4-8 pm with family present from 6-8 pm and a prayer service at 7pm on Thursday evening at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service. Jeff was born December 4, 1962 in Sioux City to Kenneth and Betty Ann (Bishop) Foster. He graduated from Sioux City West High and has lived here his entire life. Jeff enjoyed fishing, hunting, his dog, Babe, and spending time with his family. Jeff had a keen sense of humor and kept everyone entertained with his stories.

Survivors include his mother Betty Ann Foster of Sioux City, son Edward Snake of Winnebago, Nebraska, brother Mark Foster (Melanie) of Arizona, sisters Amy Custer (Terry) of Sioux City, Dianne Foster of Sioux City, and Cheryl Sikma of Arizona, grandson Ho-Hump-Gee-Ka-Dda-Ga Snake of Winnebago, Nebraska, and his trusty side-kick, Boston Terrier, Babe.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
