Jeanne E. Holden, 88, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022, at a local hospital surrounded by her family. Jeanne was born at home on August 16, 1934, in Sioux City, Iowa to Harold and Vera Schwelder. Jeanne married Richard Holden on April 15, 1990. A family graveside will be held at a later date.

Jeanne worked at Interbake food for 30 years before retiring in 1990. Family was very important to Jeanne. She lived a simple life and could usually be found at home gardening and watching her birds enjoying her flowers.

Jeanne is survived by her daughters, Vicky (Randy) Johnson and Debbie (Rob) Roy; her daughter-in-law, Nellie Harris; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Holden; son Terry Harris, daughter Tammy Torgerson, and brother, Harold Jr, Schwedler.
