Jamie G. Clark, 65, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at a local hospital. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, September 20 at 1:00 p.m. at St. James Global Methodist Church. Visitation will be 1 hour prior at church. Jamie was born May 31, 1960, in Sioux City, Iowa to James and Clarys (Whyte) Clark. She grew up in Sioux City, Iowa and graduated from East High School in 1979, she continued her education at the Barber College receiving her barbering license. Jamie went on to work in Lawton, IA and then at Sports Clips in Le Mars. Jamie then went on to work at a Barber Shop, where she could set her own hours to be with her family.
Her faith was not a fragile thing, but a solid foundation upon which she built her life. Jamie was an active member in her church where she led a youth group and also was teaching Sunday School Day Camps.
Jamie loved to do crafts, gardening, plant plants, grow flowers, and being around animals, especially cats. She loved her boys unconditionally.
She is survived by her mother, Clarys, two sons, Joshua and Jacob Clark, sister, Kim Carter, and many close friends.
Jamie was welcomed into heaven by her father, James, and grandparents.
