James E. Williams, 90 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral Service will be held10:00am Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7pm Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the funeral home.

James Edward Williams was born July 19, 1931 in Sioux City, IA. the son of James and Caroline (Shultz) Williams. On October 7, 1951 James married Charlene Warner in Sioux City, IA. He served in the United States Navy from 1952 until his honorable discharge in 1954. While James was in the Navy, they lived in San Diego, CA. for 30 years. In the early 1990’s, James worked for Convair Aircraft Co. he worked on parts for the aircraft's and shuttles. After James was laid off they moved to Sioux City to be closer to his step father Alvin Isreal. James worked for Gateway from 1990’s to 2001.

He is survived by his two daughters, Linda Stone and Terry Fein both of Sioux City, IA, four grandchildren, Shea Willliams, James Fein, Shawna Maaske, Mariah Fein, 7 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild Aria.

James is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jack Williams.
