James "Jim" Carl Shupe, 80, of Sioux City, passed away July 30, 2018. Services will be held 11:30 am on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, officiated by Rev. Jeff Swanson. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.

Jim was born on May 16, 1938 in Sioux City, the son of James H. and Veronica (Stonehocker) Shupe. He married Barbara Kissinger on May 11, 1957 and to this union six children were born, they later divorced.

Jim attended school in Sioux City. He was a truck driver for various companies in the siouxland area, Crouse Cartage Company being the most recent. Jim enjoyed traveling and playing Bingo.

Survivors include his children, Debbie (Tim) Stone, Melissa Shupe, Barry Shupe, Terry Shupe, Stacy Shupe, and Tracy Shupe; fourteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sister, Diana Hutchison; brother, Terry (Mary) Shupe; and special friend, Nancy Vondrak.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents.
