James Jason Miller, 40, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away February 19, 2020 alone in his home in Sioux City, Iowa. Services are pending.
Jason was born December 29, 1979 in Amarillo, Texas, the youngest son of Courtney Don and Cheryl Ann Miller.
Jason married Stephanie Baeza and they had two children, Emma Renee and Landon Anthony. Jason worked in Perryton, Texas as a fireman and paramedic for a number of years. Jason and Stephanie later divorced.
Jason was currently working in construction at Building Crafts, Inc. in Sioux City, Iowa. He loved to fish and was proud of his hole in one in golf. And he loved history and always stopped at historical sites and signs.
Survivors include his two children Emma Renee and Landon Anthony and their mother Stephanie of Borger, Texas; his father, Courtney Don and Lin Miller of Westcliffe, Colorado; his sister Jan Mechelle and Carey Miller of Washougal, Washington and nephew, Calin and Sara Hutchens of Amarillo, Texas; step sister Christie Lynn and Jason Jones and daughter Layla of Amarillo, Texas; sister–in-law Danielle Miller and nephews Braden and Carter of Keller, Texas; his grandmother Yetive Lou Miller of Memphis, Texas; step-father Charles Bucola of Amarillo, Texas and many other family and friends.
Jason was preceded in death by his mother Cheryl Ann Bucola, his brother Cory Don Miller and his grandparents Denzil Floyd Miller, Floyce Z. Hanna and Donna Jones.
