Jaime A. "Jimmy" Nava, 54 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at a local hospital. Celebration of Life will be held 1:00pm Sunday, February 7, 2021 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Jaime “Jimmy” Angel Nava was born to Angel and Nancy (Cole) Nava in Waterloo, IA on August 3, 1966. He grew up in Sioux City with his siblings Maria, Jose, and Rosalio (Rusty).

Jimmy lived a life full of ups and downs and then he found his perfect love when he met and married (twice!) Shannon Burt.

Jimmy was a hard worker enjoying his job at Rocket Auto Wash. To know Jimmy was to love him. He loved his family especially his daughter Savannah and son David. He was very close to his family, biological and “adopted”.

Jaime is survived by his wife Shannon; his daughter Savannah; his grandchildren McKenzie, Gaven, and Alejandra; his sister Maria, and his brother Rosalio; and many extended family and friends.

Jaime is preceded in death by his parents; his son David; his brother Jose; his nephew Joey and his best friend Scott (Topher) Crooks.
