Herman L. "Jody" Creswell, 73 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at a local hospital, surrounded by his family. Memorial service will be held 6:00pm, Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Army and the American Legion Post 662.

Herman was born May 10, 1949 in Houston, TX the son of Herman Creswell, Sr. and Oralee (Perry) Richmond. He grew up and attended school in Sioux City, IA. Herman served in the United States Army, as a Spec5 Administrative specialist receiving an honorable discharge in 1975.  He was united into marriage with Paulette Duvall in January of 2006. Herman worked as a labor in several jobs.

Jody loved to spend time with his family, especially his many grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette, two sons, Timothy Creswell, Antonio Creswell, daughter, Ebony Creswell, three stepchildren, Jose Quintana, Rick Quintana, and Adam Foster, two sisters, Patricia Copeland, Jo Ann Richmond, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Herman is preceded in death by his parents, son, Alfonso Fontaine Creswell.
