Obituary
Gregg D. Eyer, 55, of Topeka, Kansas, formerly of Sioux City, Iowa died Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Liberty, Missouri. Memorial services will be 1:00 Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Waterbury Funeral Service in Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.
Gregg was born November 10, 1960 in Sioux City, Iowa the son of Duane and Bonnie (Gorsett) Eyer. He grew up in Sioux City, graduating from East High School. Over the years, Gregg drove semi for CPT, Herschbeck Trucking, Jim Palmer Trucking and JRRW Trucking, among others.
He lived and breathed motorcycles, particularly his Harley, which is what he named his dog. Gregg was a member of Covenant Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lyla Holt-Eyer of Topeka, KS; daughter, Erin Eyer of Sioux City and son, Dylan Eyer of Sioux City; sister, Brenda Sigler of Harrisburg, SD and brother, Rob Eyer of Sioux City.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Dennis Sigler.
