Gloria J. Mueller, 83, of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, November 28, 2016 at Morningside Lutheran Church with Rev. Darrin Vick officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Gloria was born on January 1, 1933 in Sergeant Bluff, IA, the daughter of Martin and Viola (Flanagan) Morley. Gloria married Don Mueller on June 20, 1952 in Sioux City. Don passed away on April 5, 2012. Gloria worked at Sears and First National Bank, she was also a Cub Scout den mother and a Girl Scout leader. She was a member of Morningside Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her children, David Mueller, Roger (Trisha) Mueller, and Joan (Sam) Walker, all of Sioux City; brothers, Dick (Judy) Morley, Don Morley, and Mike Morley; Avon McKnight, Virginia "Dee" Rohmiller, Karen Ouellette, and Mary Ellen "Tude" Burgett; grandchildren, Derek, Jenny, Matt, Doug (Kassie), and Kelsey; and great granddaughter, DonLynn.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Douglas; and 1 brother and 2 sisters.
