George Paul Naab, 76 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness on January 20, 2021 at a care facility in Sergeant Bluff. A private family gathering will be held at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

George Paul Naab was born on December 31, 1944 in Des Moines, Iowa to Richard and Mary Naab. At a very young age he could be found hunting with his older brother, Don, and providing food for the family to eat. George married Connie Frase in 1980. During that union, they had a daughter, Dawn. He retired from Tyson Foods (formerly IBP) after approximately 30 years.

George loved to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed sharing that love with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn (Jamie) Keatts; step-daughter, Amy (Tim) Hansen; and four grandchildren, Quinn Keatts, Austin Hansen, Tori Hansen, and Presten Hansen.
