Obituary
Gary D. Anderson, of Sioux City, passed away, March 18, 2015 at his residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, March 23, 2015 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday evening at the funeral home.
Gary was born on July 23, 1952, the son of Alfred and Marion (Fredericks) Anderson. He grew up in the Vermillion and Meckling, South Dakota area. Gary has been a welder most of his life, working at Sabre Industries for many years and various other places throughout his career. Gary enjoyed camping, fishing, watching football and NASCAR, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his daughters: Robin Broveak (Troy), Starla Anderson (Harley), and Shari Reinfeld, all of Sioux City, several grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brothers: Jr., Elmer, Joe, and Dick Anderson, and daughters in his heart: Pam and Karen and their children, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, sons: Gary Jr. and Rodney, brothers Rod, and sisters: Marge, Vivian, Jean, and Sonja.
