Franklin “Frank” Joe Charles (Hųųc Sēp Nąžį ga),50, of South Sioux City, NE, passed away surrounded by his family on April 20, 2026. A funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at St. Paul’s Indian Mission. Visitation will start Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. at the church until the time of the service on Thursday. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
