Frances E. Rickabaugh, 88, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Countryside Nursing Home. Services will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, May 13, 2016 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave, with Rev. Larry Nilson officiating. A visitation will be held from 4-7 pm, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm, Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sloan Cemetery in Sloan, Iowa.

Frances was born on November 16, 1927, in Luton, Iowa, the daughter of Everett and Lydia (Cobb) Lines. She graduated from Luton High School. Frances married William H. Rickabaugh in 1949, he passed away in 1976.

Frances enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, sewing, embroidering, scrapbooking, making cards, playing bingo, and most importantly, spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Frank D. (Barbara) Rickabaugh of Akron, Iowa, Darlene Rounds of Las Vegas, Nevada, and RaVonne (Ralph) Riffey of Sioux City; sister, Lela (Robert) Williams of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William; son, Perry W. Rickabaugh; brother, Gary Lines; grandson, William Rickabaugh; and great grandson, Nicholas Garrard
