Frances Elaine Fulton Olsen, 90 of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, formally of North Sioux City, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Embassy Healthcare Community Center in Sergeant Bluff. Services will be held 10:00am Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the St. Luke Evangelical Church, 2039 S. St. Albin Street. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Frances E. Fulton was born August 20, 1928 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Fred and Hazel (Ostmeyer) Fulton. Elaine was a Tupperware Dealer and manger for over 20 years, she also managed a pizza restaurant, and worked at the office at Woolworth's Department Store. She loved to put puzzles together, knit afghans, and sell copper craft.

Elaine is survived by her three daughters, Vicki and Howard Wick of Madison, SD, Luella Stone of Sioux City, Bobbie and Jerry Logemann of Sergeant Bluff, one son, Mike and LaDonna Olsen of Everly, Iowa, eighteen grandchildren, thirty eight great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Miles, a daughter Hazel Clarice and a son, Patrick Olsen, two brothers and one sister.
