Obituary
Eugene F. VanZandt, 61 of Sergeant Bluff, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015 at his residence.
Memorial service will be held Noon on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff, 400 4th street. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.
Eugene was born August 23, 1954 in New Mexico. He attended school in New Mexico. Eugene moved to Sioux City in 2006.
He enjoyed watching the Dallas, Cowboys football team. Eugene attended the Gospel Mission.
Eugene is survived by his wife Kathy, four step sons; Markese, Jovhon, Eugene Smith, Mike Cook, one step daughter Brandy Cook, friend Fred Bennett and his mother, two grandchildred; Ebbonne, and Malik Cook.
He is proceeded in death by his parents.
