Ernestine "Tina" Engle, 78 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, at a local hospital, with her family at her side. Celebration of Life will be held from 5-7pm Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.

Ernestine ‘Tina’ was born July 12, 1944, in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Ernest and Avis (Madden) Ostermeyer. She grew up in Sioux City and attended Central High School. Tina married Daniel Engle in the mid 1980’s. Together they made their home in Bloomfield, Nebraska. Daniel died September 11, 2002. Tina moved back to Sioux City. She worked as a waitress at many locations around the area for over 42 years. Tina enjoyed playing Bingo and making all sorts of crafts.

She is survived by four children, Kathy Flores, Hope (Efrain) Arroyo, Jeffrey Clark and Andrew (Corissa) Engle; granddaughter, Lori Clark along with many other grandchildren; three siblings, Gary (Carol) Ostermeyer, Karen (Kelly) Krueger and Sharon (Wade) Osborn.

Tina is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel; son, Dean Williams; and two sisters, Leann Ostermeyer and Debra Simon.
