Eric Nicholas Stark, 38, of Sioux City, IA, passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2025.  A memorial service will be held Friday, June 13 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Eric was born on October 10, 1986, in Sioux City, IA to Stefan and Ricarda (Boecher) Stark.  He graduated from West High School in 2004.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, NASCAR, cooking BBQ, swimming, and football, especially the Green Bay Packers.  He met the love of his life, Kellie Kleinberg, and together they had 3 children.

Those left to honor his memory include his significant other, Kellie Kleinberg; children: Emma, Arron, and Bryce; parents Stefan and Ricarda Stark; 10 sisters; 4 brothers; and 12 nieces and nephews.
