Donna I. Taylor, 69, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, June 9 , 2019 at Touchstone Living Center. Per her wishes, Donna will be cremated and no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
