Donald Sulzbach, age 51, of Sioux City passed away on Wednesday morning at a local care facility.
Visitation with the family present will be held Thursday from 3-6pm with a Memorial service held at 4:30pm at the funeral home.

Donald Fredrick Sulzbach was born on September 21, 1962 in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of Donald W. and Gloria (Agaard) Sulzbach.

Don married Julie Blankenship during the early 1990’s. They were later divorced, but stayed friends through the years. Don worked at Sulzbach Construction, and more recently at the Tyson Events Center and the Dakota Dunes Country Club.

Don enjoyed watching football games and NASCAR races.

Don is survived by his son, Donald F. Sulzbach, Jr, of Missouri; his sisters Sally and her husband Jack Cote of Arizona, Molly and her husband Denny Johnson of Alabama and Marti and her husband Mike DelGuidice of Connecticut.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
