Debra Sue Wamberg, age 66, of North Sioux City, South Dakota passed away on December 1, 2013 at a local hospital.

Debra was born in Sioux City, Iowa on June 4, 1947, the daughter of John E. and Juanita E. (Montgomery) Skoglund. She attended Sioux City Community Schools and graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1965. She was united in marriage with Thomas Wamberg on November 9, 1991 in Elk Point, South Dakota.
Deb worked at Gateway for 14 years, and then she continued working at various other employers. She enjoyed camping, being with all of her family and her dogs.
She is survived by her husband Thomas of North Sioux City, two sons: John Skoglund of North Sioux City, and Jason Wamberg and his fiancée Chastey Hansen of Sioux City. She is also survived by her five sisters: Shelly Howard of North Sioux City, Pam Blackshear and her husband Larry of Pottsboro, Texas, Dawn Johnson and her husband Jeff of Lewisville, Texas, Robin Tague and her husband Cliff of Denton, Texas, and Renee Edwardson and her husband Heath of Sioux City, along with her three grandchildren.
Deb was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law Leon Howard, and a nephew Jason Johnson.
