Debbie Ann Bradham, 49, of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014 surrounded by loved ones and family.
Services will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4123 Orleans Avenue. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A visitation will be held 4-8 pm with family present from 6-8 pm on Friday, July 25 at the funeral home.
Debbie was born on October 28, 1964, the daughter of Dennis and Pauline (Flowers) Dvorak. She graduated from East High School in 1983 and then attended college in Omaha. Debbie married Dean Bradham in 1990 and together they moved to Webster City, where they had two children, Bobby Lee Bradham in 1991 and Faith Ann Bradham in 1994.
In Webster City, Debbie worked as the manager at Godfather's Pizza and later at Hardees. She obtained her real estate license in Webster City. Debbie and Dean moved to Florida for a year, then back to Sioux City in 1997. Debbie had taken some nursing courses and later training to become a massage therapist, Debbie worked as a massage therapist at Fresh Start in the Indian Hills Mall, until a car accident made it hard to continue as a therapist. Later she worked in retail sales at the mall until getting into real-estate management in the Siouxland area. Most recently she was a homemaker and used her last years to spend with those she loved most, including her beloved dog, Sammi Jo, her children, and fiancé, Kurtis.
Survivors include her father Dennis Dvorak, mother Pauline and her husband Lorenzo Avila, son Bobby, daughter Faith, brother David Dvorak, all of Sioux City, sisters Denise Calvert of Austin, TX, and Dawn Larson of Sioux City, and her fiancé Kurtis.
