David L. "Dave" Stowe, 41 of Sioux City, died Monday, August 28, 2023.

Memorial Services will be held at 6 pm on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Waterbury Funeral Service 4125 Orleans Ave. Sioux City with Rev. Gene Stockton officiating. Visitation will be from 4 - 7 pm.

David Lee Stowe was born on February 18, 1982 in Clinton, Oklahoma the son of Ronald and Kimberly (Barnes) Stowe. Dave graduated from North High School in 2000.

Dave was a "Jack of all Trades". Dave worked as a millwright for much of his career, a "MacGyver" of sorts, who could build or create anything.

Dave was the type of person who would literally give you the shirt off his back, and never expected or wanted anything in return.  He loved the outdoors, camping, campfires, music, and friends.  He was a loving Uncle to Ethan, Erin, and Alex.  He enjoyed traveling for his work and experiencing new places.  David was so loved and will be so missed.

Dave is survived by his mother Kimberly (Michael) Amidei, his brother Corey Adair, two sisters, Lisa (Randall) Nelson and Kassandra Carney and her significant other Tyler Breaman.  He is also survived by his grandparents Richard and JoAnne Jeffs, Aunts Gayle Smith and husband Andy of Corona, CA, and Kay Stowe of Corona, CA.  Uncles Gary (Deb) Stowe of Salinas, CA, Glen Stowe of Sioux City, IA, and Don (Gwen) Stowe of Rosebud, TX

He was preceded in death by his father Ronald, his aunt Sheila Pedersen, his paternal grandparents Harry (Norma) Stowe and great grandparents Marvin (Helen) Burnett.
